Nuance have many solutions available. However, we have found the document imaging solutions to be vital in keeping organization’s information private. Scanning in particular can cause problems with compliance but Nuance has OmniPage Capture that allows particular sensitive words/data to be removed from documents that are being scanned, minimizing the risk.
Papercut MF is the easy way to automatically monitor and manage copying and printing, giving you control over your costs and environmental impact. It checks print jobs on the print server and analyzes them, applying rules to enforce your print policies. Secure print ensures users have to release print jobs rather than unclaimed print outs being left on the device.
Thames Valley Copiers offer a fully inclusive maintenance contract on Ricoh and Develop multifunctional copiers and printers. This means you pay a set cost per page for colour and mono prints but in return receive all service calls, engineers labour time, parts and toner for free. The engineers will also perform proventitive maintence on the machines at the appropriate intervals and give them a good clean.
We have a target response time of 3 working hours, but we are regularly quicker than this, minimising down time on your machines and with a first time fix ethos. Our engineers carry most consumable parts with them with the goal of fixing the machine on that first visit. They will keep you informed of what they have done and if there is any further work to be done.
