Nuance have many solutions available. However, we have found the document imaging solutions to be vital in keeping organization’s information private. Scanning in particular can cause problems with compliance but Nuance has OmniPage Capture that allows particular sensitive words/data to be removed from documents that are being scanned, minimizing the risk.
Papercut MF is the easy way to automatically monitor and manage copying and printing, giving you control over your costs and environmental impact. It checks print jobs on the print server and analyzes them, applying rules to enforce your print policies. Secure print ensures users have to release print jobs rather than unclaimed print outs being left on the device.

The two solutions that we have found the most useful are Papercut MF and Omnipage by Nuance.
Papercut MF allows the administrator to set rules of what can be printed, can allow each user a set amount per month and can also flag up the cost of a print job before it has begun. Pin codes, I.D cards or key fobs can also be used to set up a locked print system. A print job can be sent to the copier from the laptop or Pc but will not actually be printed until the user shows their I.D to the copier. Thus reducing waste but also increasing security.
