Papercut MF is the easy way to automatically monitor and manage copying and printing, giving you control over your costs and environmental impact. It checks print jobs on the print server and analyzes them, applying rules to enforce your print policies. Secure print ensures users have to release print jobs rather than unclaimed print outs being left on the device.

They are investing in plant-based plastics and biomass toners, using recycled plastic for the housing of the MFD’s and ensuring the multifunctional devices use as low an electricity consumption as possible. This is achieved by switching to energy saver mode quicker, using less power in sleep mode and using polymerised toner to fuse at a lower temperature.
TVC has partnered with Circular Planet to offer a free of charge recycling scheme for all empty toner bottles and used parts. It is a simple scheme that our clients can sign up to and manage.
We recycle as many parts as we can, once this is exhausted the high quality materials from them are then sent to appropriate recycling centres. The paper we supply is ISO 14001/9001/8706 and FSC rated. We have solar panels on the roof of our building which also has a high EPC rating. All of new cars in our small fleet are at least hybrid.
