Nuance have many solutions available. However, we have found the document imaging solutions to be vital in keeping organization’s information private. Scanning in particular can cause problems with compliance but Nuance has OmniPage Capture that allows particular sensitive words/data to be removed from documents that are being scanned, minimizing the risk.
Papercut MF is the easy way to automatically monitor and manage copying and printing, giving you control over your costs and environmental impact. It checks print jobs on the print server and analyzes them, applying rules to enforce your print policies. Secure print ensures users have to release print jobs rather than unclaimed print outs being left on the device.

They are investing in plant-based plastics and biomass toners, using recycled plastic for the housing of the MFD’s and ensuring the multifunctional devices use as low an electricity consumption as possible. This is achieved by switching to energy saver mode quicker and using less power in sleep mode.
TVC adds to this by following the empty toner bottle recycling programme. This stops the bottles being sent to landfill and has seen them reborn as garden planters and equestrian products amongst other items.
We recycle as many parts as we can, once this is exhausted the high quality materials from them are then sent to appropriate recycling centres. The paper we supply is sourced from ISO 14001 and FSC suppliers. We also have solar panels on our building which has a high EPC rating and all new cars in our small fleet are at least hybrid.
