Nuance have many solutions available. However, we have found the document imaging solutions to be vital in keeping organization’s information private. Scanning in particular can cause problems with compliance but Nuance has OmniPage Capture that allows particular sensitive words/data to be removed from documents that are being scanned, minimizing the risk.
Papercut MF is the easy way to automatically monitor and manage copying and printing, giving you control over your costs and environmental impact. It checks print jobs on the print server and analyzes them, applying rules to enforce your print policies. Secure print ensures users have to release print jobs rather than unclaimed print outs being left on the device.
New products no matter what they are, have a carbon footprint and an environmental impact. We can all take steps to minimise this. As a business, we do everything we can to reduce our carbon footprint. We source the most energy efficient machines available. Our products use less energy to carry out their functions, go into a sleep mode quickly so minimising excess energy usage and the toner bottles are now mainly bio-plastic. We work hard to fix parts rather than just replacing whole units. Our business premises are only 2 years old and were designed to be eco-friendly with excellent insulation and solar panels on the roof.
For many years we have also offered refurbished MFD’s. TVC supply machines on various different types of lease. Some of the machines that come back from a 3 year lease have a very low usage on them. We decided that if our engineers fully refurbished these then they too could be reused.
